Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using MailZyro, operated by Dotnet SH.P.K. All users must comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use MailZyro to:
1.1 Spam & Unsolicited Email
- Send bulk unsolicited emails (spam)
- Send messages to purchased, harvested, or scraped email lists
- Send chain letters or pyramid schemes
- Use MailZyro for commercial mass-mailing without prior written consent
1.2 Phishing & Fraud
- Impersonate individuals, companies, or organizations
- Send deceptive messages designed to steal credentials or personal information
- Forge email headers or sender information
- Conduct financial fraud or scams
1.3 Malware & Harmful Content
- Distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Send attachments designed to exploit vulnerabilities
- Use MailZyro as part of a botnet or command-and-control infrastructure
1.4 Illegal Content
- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate law enforcement referral
- Facilitate terrorism, violence, or human trafficking
- Distribute controlled substances
- Violate intellectual property laws
- Engage in any activity illegal under Kosovo law or applicable international law
1.5 Harassment & Abuse
- Send threatening, harassing, or intimidating messages
- Stalk or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop
- Send hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
1.6 Service Abuse
- Create accounts using automated tools (bots) without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent sending limits or other restrictions
- Probe, scan, or test the service for vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access
2. Sending Limits
To prevent abuse, MailZyro enforces per-plan sending limits. These are documented in your account settings. Accounts that consistently approach or exceed limits may be asked to upgrade or may have sending temporarily throttled.
3. Custom Domain Requirements
When using a custom domain with MailZyro, you must:
- Own or have authorization to use the domain
- Configure DNS records as instructed (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Not use domains for phishing or impersonation
- Respond to abuse complaints related to your domain within 48 hours
4. Encryption Is Not a Shield for Abuse
MailZyro provides end-to-end encryption to protect privacy, not to enable illegal activity. While we cannot read encrypted email content, we can and will:
- Act on credible abuse reports and metadata patterns
- Suspend accounts based on behavioral signals (sending patterns, bounce rates, spam reports)
- Cooperate with law enforcement through proper legal channels
- Provide metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps) when served with a valid court order
5. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:
- Warn — notify you of the violation and request correction
- Throttle — temporarily limit sending capability
- Suspend — disable account access pending investigation
- Terminate — permanently delete the account with no data recovery
- Report — refer the matter to law enforcement (for illegal activity)
For severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, active phishing campaigns), we may skip directly to termination and law enforcement referral without prior warning.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse originating from a MailZyro address, contact us at [email protected]. Please include:
- The offending email address
- Full email headers (if available)
- Description of the abuse
- Any relevant evidence
We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 72 hours.
