1. Warrant Canary
As of February 24, 2026:
- MailZyro has not received any National Security Letters or gag orders.
- MailZyro has not received any court orders requiring bulk data collection.
- MailZyro has not been required to install any government surveillance backdoors.
- MailZyro has not provided any encryption keys to third parties.
If this canary is removed or not updated, it may indicate a change in the above statements.

3. Technical Limitations on Compliance
Due to our end-to-end encryption architecture, there are hard technical limits on what we can provide in response to legal requests:

4. How We Handle Requests
- Legal review: All requests are reviewed for legal validity under Kosovo law.
- Narrow scope: We provide only the minimum data required by the specific request.
- User notification: We notify affected users whenever legally permitted.
- Challenge: We challenge requests that are overly broad, legally deficient, or unconstitutional.
