This refund policy applies to all paid MailZyro subscriptions sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoicing, and tax collection on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with MailZyro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription. The guarantee applies to the very first purchase you make on your account, not to subsequent renewals or upgrades. To request a refund within this window, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
Refunds outside the 30-day window
After the initial 30 days, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods after a cancellation; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How cancellation works
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, which opens the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation:
- No further charges are made.
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Your data is retained according to our privacy policy and may be deleted after the retention period if you do not return to a paid plan.
Statutory (EU / UK) cooling-off rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory cooling-off rights, you are entitled to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK rules — even if our internal refund policy would not otherwise allow a refund. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above operates in addition to (not instead of) this statutory right.
Note: by starting to use the service immediately after purchase you may be deemed to consent to the supply of the service beginning before the cooling-off period ends, which can affect the refund you are entitled to under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your MailZyro account.
- Include your order ID (visible on the Paddle invoice) and the reason for the refund.
- We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically arrive in your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review of the dispute by Paddle and your card issuer.
