Questions about Sheets
Maluki Sheets gives you the spreadsheet features people expect: formulas, charts, pivots, comments, templates, import and export. The main difference is privacy: spreadsheets are end-to-end encrypted, so Maluki cannot read the contents on its servers.
Your spreadsheets are encrypted, and the contents are not visible to Maluki servers. For business recovery, an organisation key can be stored today, and the two-party user approval flow for recovery is the next step for business tenants.
When you sign up, Maluki shows a 12-word recovery phrase once. Keep it somewhere safe. For self-managed accounts in zero-trust mode, that phrase becomes essential for recovery.
You can invite collaborators into the spreadsheet. For people outside your company, password-protected share links make it easier to share without opening access too widely.
Yes. Maluki Sheets supports CSV and XLSX import and export, so you can drag in Excel files and keep working.
Yes. Maluki Sheets works as a PWA with local caching. You can keep editing offline, then sync changes when you reconnect.
AI features only run when you use them. Requests go through Maluki's own AI gateway, and prompts are not sold to OpenAI.
