Most productivity suites are free because you are the product. MailZyro is the opposite bet: a full workspace where your content is encrypted on your device and the key stays with you.

Built because privacy shouldn’t cost convenience.
I wanted the tools I use every day — email, files, a spreadsheet, a calendar — without quietly handing my work to a company that reads it. Not as a niche “secure” app, but as a normal, pleasant workspace that happens to keep its hands off your data.
So MailZyro is built on one rule: encrypt on the device, and never hold the keys that open it. That rule is already live across Mail, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive and Contacts. Where it is not finished yet — Docs and Forms — we say so plainly instead of pretending.
It is early, and the incumbents are broader and more polished. But the foundation is the part you cannot retrofit later, and that part is real today. If you have ever wished your everyday apps simply minded their own business, that is what we are building.

What we believe

Encrypt on the device
Your content is locked before it leaves your machine, so our servers hold ciphertext.
You hold the keys
Keys are decrypted only on your device. A recovery phrase — not our database — restores access.
No data-driven ads
We do not scan your content to profile you. The business is not built on your data.
Honest by default
If a feature is not ready, we label it. No quiet gaps between the pitch and the product.
One private identity
A single sign-in unlocks the whole suite, with encryption derived per device.
Standard cryptography
We use audited primitives like OpenPGP and AES-256-GCM, never home-made crypto.
